Ordering

When you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about the products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via e-mail to sales@forevigtbyfernanda.com.

All shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service and we'll do as much as we can.

Shipping

Our normal shipping time is from 2-3 weeks as most of our goods are made-to-order. However there are some available pieces on stock and these are normally delivered within 3-4 business days. If you have any rush, please send us any e-mail mentioning the number of your order at customerservice@forevigtbyfernanda.com.

An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We only deliver to residential and business addresses - not to PO boxes.
